At 6666i, your personal data belongs to you. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you hold over your own data. Please read it in full before using our platform.
Six core principles that define our approach to data privacy across every interaction on the 6666i platform.
Every data transmission between your device and the 6666i platform is protected by 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. No personal or financial data travels across the internet in plain text.
6666i does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third-party advertisers or data brokers. Your information is used solely to deliver, improve, and secure the Services you use.
We collect only the data that is strictly necessary for the specific, disclosed purpose. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track your activity outside the 6666i platform.
You have the right to access, correct, delete, and restrict processing of your personal data. Requests are handled within 30 days. Contact our support team at any time to exercise these rights.
We retain your data only for as long as necessary — account data for the duration of your membership plus five years for compliance purposes, and transaction records for seven years per financial regulations.
Promotional communications are opt-in by default. You may withdraw consent for marketing messages at any time via your account settings or by contacting support. Withdrawing consent does not affect your ability to use the platform.
This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected and processed by 6666i in connection with your use of the platform at https://6666i.cam. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions. By registering an account or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
The following terms carry the meanings assigned below throughout this Privacy Policy:
The Data Controller responsible for your Personal Data in connection with the 6666i platform is 6666i's international operating entity, incorporated under the laws of its jurisdiction of registration. For the purposes of this Policy, all references to "6666i", "we", "us", or "our" refer to this entity.
For any data protection enquiries, requests to exercise your rights, or complaints regarding our privacy practices, please contact our Data Protection contact point using the details provided in Section 15 of this Policy.
6666i is committed to maintaining the highest practicable standard of personal data protection for all Players, including those accessing the platform from Indonesia. We apply the data minimisation and security principles consistent with internationally recognised privacy frameworks.
6666i collects only the Personal Data that is necessary to deliver the Services, maintain platform security, comply with applicable legal obligations, and improve the overall user experience. The categories of data we collect are set out below.
When you create an account, we collect: full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, residential address in Indonesia (city, province, postal code), and — where required for KYC verification — a copy of your national identity card (KTP), passport, or equivalent government-issued ID.
To process deposits and withdrawals, we collect payment method details including: bank account number and bank name (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI, Bank Permata), e-wallet account identifiers (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja), transaction amounts, and transaction timestamps. We do not store full debit or credit card numbers on our servers.
We automatically collect certain technical data when you use the platform: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, pages visited, session duration, referral source, and in-platform activity logs (bets placed, games played, features accessed).
When you contact our support team, we retain records of that communication including its content, the channel used (live chat, email), timestamps, and the resolution outcome.
If you use our responsible gaming tools — setting deposit limits, activating a time-out, or requesting self-exclusion — we record those preferences and the dates they were applied. This data is treated with the highest level of sensitivity and is not used for marketing purposes.
The following data categories are collected across these sections:
We collect Personal Data through the following channels:
6666i processes your Personal Data on one or more of the following legal grounds depending on the specific processing activity:
| Legal Basis | When It Applies |
|---|---|
| Performance of a Contract | Processing your registration data, financial data, and activity logs is necessary to deliver the Services you have contracted for by accepting our Terms & Conditions. |
| Legal Obligation | KYC/AML compliance, fraud prevention reporting, and financial record retention are required by applicable laws and regulations binding on the operator. |
| Legitimate Interests | Platform security monitoring, fraud detection, abuse prevention, and internal analytics to improve service quality — where our interests do not override your fundamental rights. |
| Consent | Marketing communications (promotional emails, bonus offers) are processed only with your explicit prior consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting your account. |
6666i uses your Personal Data for the following specific purposes:
We do not use your Personal Data for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without a human review process. If any automated processing affects your account (e.g., a fraud flag), you have the right to request human review of that decision.
6666i does not sell your Personal Data. We share Personal Data with third parties only in the following limited circumstances:
We engage third-party service providers to assist in delivering the Services. These include: payment processors facilitating IDR transfers via Indonesian banks and e-wallets; KYC identity verification providers; cloud hosting and infrastructure providers; customer support platform operators; fraud detection and security vendors; and licensed game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and others). All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements that restrict their use of your data to the specific service they are contracted to perform.
We will disclose Personal Data to governmental, regulatory, or law enforcement authorities where we are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or binding regulatory obligation. We will, where legally permissible, notify you of such a disclosure request.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of substantially all assets of 6666i's operating entity, your Personal Data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of that transaction. You will be notified prior to any such transfer, and the receiving entity will be required to honour the commitments made in this Policy.
We may share your data with additional third parties where you have given explicit prior consent to that specific sharing arrangement.
6666i is an internationally operated platform. Your Personal Data may be transferred to, and processed in, countries other than Indonesia, including the jurisdiction in which our operating entity is incorporated and the server locations of our infrastructure and third-party service providers.
Where such transfers occur, we implement appropriate safeguards to ensure that your Personal Data receives a standard of protection equivalent to that which it would receive in a jurisdiction with comprehensive data protection legislation. These safeguards may include contractual data transfer clauses, adherence to applicable cross-border data transfer frameworks, or transfers to jurisdictions that have been assessed as providing an adequate level of data protection.
By using the 6666i platform, you acknowledge that your Personal Data will be processed internationally as described in this section.
We retain your Personal Data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, taking into account our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations. The following retention schedule applies:
| Data Category | Retention Period | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Account & Identity Data | Duration of account + 5 years after closure | Legal / AML compliance |
| Financial Transaction Records | 7 years from transaction date | Financial regulation |
| KYC Documents | 5 years after account closure | AML / legal obligation |
| Customer Support Records | 3 years from date of interaction | Dispute resolution |
| Marketing Consent Records | Until consent is withdrawn + 2 years | Consent audit trail |
| Technical / Usage Logs | 13 months on a rolling basis | Security & fraud detection |
| Responsible Gaming Records | Duration of account + 5 years after closure | Regulatory / duty of care |
After the applicable retention period has expired, Personal Data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Where anonymisation is not technically feasible, data is securely destroyed in accordance with industry-standard data disposal procedures.
6666i implements a layered set of technical and organisational security measures to protect your Personal Data against unauthorised access, accidental loss, destruction, or alteration. These measures include:
No internet transmission or electronic storage system is 100% secure. While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are also responsible for maintaining the security of your own account credentials.
6666i uses first-party cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the platform. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies.
These cookies are strictly necessary for the platform to function. They enable core features such as maintaining your logged-in session, storing your language and currency preferences, and ensuring secure transactions. These cookies cannot be disabled without impairing platform functionality.
We use first-party analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage patterns — which features are most used, where navigation issues arise, and how platform performance can be improved. All analytics data is anonymised at the processing stage and is not linked to your individual account.
Certain cookies and local storage values are used by our fraud detection systems to identify unusual session patterns, detect bot activity, and prevent unauthorised account access. These are treated as essential and cannot be disabled.
You may manage non-essential cookie preferences via your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect your experience of the platform. 6666i does not use cookies to build advertising profiles or share your browsing behaviour with third-party advertisers.
Subject to applicable law and any overriding legal obligations on our part, you hold the following rights in respect of your Personal Data held by 6666i:
| Right | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Right of Access | You may request a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you, along with information about how it is processed. |
| Right to Rectification | You may request that we correct inaccurate Personal Data or complete incomplete data we hold about you. |
| Right to Erasure | You may request deletion of your Personal Data in certain circumstances — for example, where the data is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected. This right may be limited by our legal retention obligations. |
| Right to Restriction | You may request that we restrict processing of your data while a dispute about its accuracy or the legal basis for processing is resolved. |
| Right to Data Portability | Where processing is based on your consent or a contract, you may request your Personal Data in a structured, machine-readable format. |
| Right to Object | You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We will cease that processing unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests. |
| Right to Withdraw Consent | Where processing is based on consent (e.g., marketing communications), you may withdraw that consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal. |
To exercise any of these rights, contact our support team at the address in Section 15. We will respond within 30 calendar days. Complex or multiple requests may require up to 90 days, in which case we will notify you of the extension and reason within the initial 30-day period.
We will never charge a fee for routine rights requests. Requests that are manifestly unfounded or excessive may be subject to a reasonable administrative fee, which we will disclose in advance.
The 6666i platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from any individual under the age of 21. If we become aware that we have collected data from a person under 21, we will delete that data and close the associated account immediately.
If you believe that a minor has registered with or accessed the 6666i platform, please contact us immediately at the address provided in Section 15. We take all such reports seriously and will act on them without delay.
6666i may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or the Services we offer. The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the current version in force.
Where changes are material — meaning they affect how we use your data in ways that are less protective than the current Policy — we will notify you by email to your registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the platform, at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you disagree with the changes, you may close your account before the effective date by contacting our support team.
